Where do you ship?

Yes, we ship both nationally and internationally.

How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at $8.99 and goes up based on the amount of your entire order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as PayPal.

When will I receive my order?

We try our best to begin processing orders on the same or next business day, Monday-Friday. Depending on our order volume and your location, your package should arrive within 3-10 business days from the order date. 

What is a Pre-Order?

When you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will be charged now, and it will ship at a later date. The benefit to Pre-Ordering is that they will ship to our customers first and it guarantees you that you will get the item. If you wait to make your purchase, we may run out as we usually order in small quantities. If you are ordering Non Pre-Order items along with Pre-Order Item you will see a separate shipping charge because items will ship separate and require an additional shipment. If you have further questions about Pre-Order items, please contact customer service. We would be happy to help you.

Can I return my order?

If your order is incorrect, or just not what you expected, we will work with you to get a replacement or refund — just let us know within 30 days from when you receive the product. Simply send us an email with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll start the process — customerservice@susanbranch.com.

What if my order was damaged?

We do our best to package with love a care, but sometimes things get damaged in transit. In the rare event that they do, please take pictures and send us a photo within two days of receiving the product to customerservice@susanbranch.com. Provide your order number, explain how the items arrived, and include the photos so we can process a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund. You may be required to present your damaged item and all of it's packaging to the shipper when filing a claim, so please be sure to keep everything until your case has been finalized.
